Model and plans approach
Due to the tropical location where its mostly hot and humid the design focus on absorving the maximun amount of natural air and the less of solar radiation. It´s program divides the project in two sections, the private and sleeping side on the top floor and the social and meeting areas such as the kitchen, living room and the home theater in the main floor.
Furthermore, the design takes advantage of classical colonial spanish house where the patio helps to
distribute the zones and refresh the air up to -3°.
